Youth Action YouthBuild

Youth Action Low Income Housing Program

Youth Action YouthBuild East Harlem owns and manages 124 units of permanent, low income rental housing in East Harlem. These units are available to low income and formerly homeless individuals and families, and people living with HIV/AIDS. These are  buildings that have been renovated and rehabilitated by students in the Youth Action YouthBuild program over the past 40 years.

Currently, all units are full and there is a wait list. You can inquire about available housing opportunities by either visiting the Youth Action Homes property management office at 2315 Second Ave in East Harlem or calling the office at 212-427-5361, weekdays  between 9 am and 4 pm.
